We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment,ie: Giving your name and address to the courier/post office in order for your product to be delivered.
In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
All financial transactions will be processed by SagePay. As such Oceanic (SW) Ltd will have never have access to your financial information.
When you sign up or order from us there will be an option to receive newsletters, service updates and/ or product feedback requests. You will only receive these things if you choose to. This can easily be changed at a later date by logging into your account and changing it or by contacting us by email. Other than this you will only be contacted in reference to your order.

Oceanic (SW) Ltd attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions. However, Oceanic (SW) Ltd does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate or error-free. Please let us know if you believe anything needs correcting or is misleading. If a product offered by Oceanic (SW) Ltd is not as described, your sole option is to return it in unused condition.
Your Order
If the items you have ordered are marked as in stock then your order will be posted next working day. If some or all of your order is out of stock then your order will not be posted until we have everything in stock. If it takes us longer than 3 weeks to get your entire order in stock then we will post your part order and post the rest of your order when it arrives in stock. This is very rare but can happen if our supplier runs out of stock.Please note that all delivery times quoted are transit times after your order is posted, so a Next Day Service means it will arrive the next working day after it is posted. All in stock orders are posted next working day at the latest, and depending on time of your order being placed and our current workload can be posted the same day.
Payment will be taken before the order despatches. An email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. A further email will be sent confirming despatch.

Pricing Policy
All prices are listed in British pounds. The foreign currencies, where shown, are an approximate equivalent value. We do not make any claim to their accuracy, exchange rates may vary and also your card issuer may charge you for currency conversion. All transactions will be taken in British Pounds. All prices include VAT.
If a product's correct price is lower than the price listed on the website we will charge the lower price and ship the item to you. If an item's correct price is higher than the price on the website, we will try to honour it, but if we are unable to do that then we will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and inform you by email that it has been cancelled.
